| Abstract |
The aim of the present investigation was a better understanding of the
systematics and biogeography of the African scaly-tailed squirrels. Therefore
1581 anomalurid specimens from 22 collections were examined and data from
skulls, skins, and labels recorded, completed with data from literature.

| Résumé |
L’objectif du présent travail a été de
mieux comprendre la systématique et la biogéographie des
écureuils volants d’Afrique (Anomaluridae). Ainsi, 1581 spécimens
provenant de 22 collections ont pu être examinés. Des informations
concernant le crâne, la peau et l’étiquetage sont enregistrées
et sont complétées par des données issues de la littérature.
